Guidelines for Electronic Artwork

Program of Choice: Macintosh Quark Xpress 6.0 (or earlier). Please include all fonts and graphics, as well as a proof of the job.

For four color ads, all photos must be tiff or eps format, scanned at 300 dpi, and converted to CMYK. All colors must be described as CMYK process color (not spot).

Disk formats: Zip, CD, 3.5 floppy.




Per page: Cut size – 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"

Image – 4-3/4" x 7-3/4"

Bleed – 5-3/4" x 8-3/4"




Sizes – Printed Area
